Refund Policy
• Refund is Not applicable.
Replacement Policy
• No Replacement for Personal preferences: Replacements will not be issued if the product does not meet your personal preferences or expectations.
Replacements are applicable only in the following cases
• Manufacturing defects: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
• Incorrect items: If an incorrect item has been supplied.
• Damaged or Leaking Products: If the product is damaged or leaking during transit.
• Important: In all the above cases, a proper unboxing video must be shared with us as a proof within 24 hours of receiving the order. Without a valid unboxing video, replacement requests will not be entertained.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
• For COD orders, only replacements are applicable.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within upto 3 hrs of placing the order by visiting Accounts > My Orders section and clicking the “Cancel” button. Only logged in customers who have placed an order will be able to cancel the order within upto 3 hrs of placing the order. After 3 hours, the Cancel button will No longer be active and orders cannot be cancelled.
• Cancellation After Dispatch: Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
